NOTICE TO BONITA LANDING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT RESIDENTS - BOARD VACANCY

The Board of Supervisors (“the Board”) currently has a vacancy, Seat 3, with a term expiring November 2026. The Board is seeking a Qualified Elector candidate to fill the seat and will consider resumes at the January 9, 2025, meeting; interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to attend.

Per Florida Statute, 190.0033(17), A qualified elector means any person at least 18 years of age, who is a citizen of the United States, a legal resident of Florida and of the District, and who is registered to vote with the Supervisor of Elections in Lee County, where the District land is located.

All interested and qualified candidates are asked to submit a letter of interest or resume to the District Manager, Justin Faircloth by email at Justin.Faircloth@Inframark.com no later than January 8, 2025.
